i was hesitant to order from blooms and branches due to some negative reviews online. However, I decided to call them and discuss all the concerns I had and they were very helpful; they even suggested I order a set of two manzanita trees instead of ordering the 14 trees needed all at once. When I received the two trees they were exactly what I needed therefore I ordered the rest. I'm very satisfied with their customer service, shipping/packaging and product.

Shipping was quick and all items came as expected. I ordered 3 sets of these and out of the 18 branches that came only one looks awkward and as though it doesn't fit with the rest. But overall I was very very very happy with my purchase and experience through the company.

My order arrived quickly, was packaged with care and the manzanita trees were gorgeous!!! Can't wait to paint them and add flowers for our November wedding!

ahh i was so excited when it came, i was so pleasantly surprised at how nice and big they were. PERFECT for my enchanted forest wedding as centerpieces :)
