Returns

Blooms and Branches offers only the best, highest quality decorative branches and botanicals. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 7 days for a refund, less shipping costs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or our return policy, please contact Customer Service . All communications regarding returns and exchanges are conducted via email.

Cases of product that include shipping will be refunded for the product minus the shipping fees, which range from $50.00 depending on the items ordered.

Once we receive your order, we credit the appropriate account within 10-14 business days; we also send you an email to let you know the refund is complete.

Exchanges

Please ship your branches to our warehouse in the original box that they came in, and close the top in the manner in which it arrived. Some of our boxes have resized top enclosures, and failing to close the box at the perforations will result in much higher shipping fees. Please include a note indicating what you would like to exchange your items for.

Your returned items will be treated like a normal return, with your payment refunded minus the original shipping fee. Your replacement items and shipping will be charged to your original credit card information as a new order and your order will then be shipped out.

Shipments via Freight Carrier (Roadrunner, Daylight Transportation)

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on these shipments once they leave the warehouse. All sales are final. This does not include FedEx shipments.

I think my order is wrong/item appears to be damaged.

We want to make it right! Email us at least two photos (use a digital camera or camera phone) of your items and let us take a look at what went wrong. We'll do our best to correct your order.

Please keep in mind that natural products can vary in shape and color with each new harvest, season, and designated harvest areas. We supply raw material for floral use, and it is assumed that the purchasing florist is knowedgeable of the characteristics of the materials purchased.

Wrong items shipped: We will correct this by immediately issuing a FedEx Call Tag for the order. If you decide to keep the wrongly shipped items (for any reason), we will refund the difference for the wrongly shipped items. To ship a replacement for the wrongly shipped items, or process a refund, we must be able to retrieve the wrong items for shipment back to our warehouse (at our expense).

Our Shipping Statement Regarding Products Over 20" In Length

All natural products have different sizes that affect shipping fees.

Each of our natural products has it's own unique weight and size. In order to provide a low shipping fee and eliminate overcharges on items over 20", your fee will be quoted after your order has been received and weighed, usually within 2 business hours under normal circumstances. Your order will be finalized and your credit card will be charged only after you have confirmed your final total with shipping charge.

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of confirmation, during normal business hours, subject to stock on hand. Most of our items can be shipped via FedEx, while our larger products are shipped by freight truck.
