HOLIDAY HOURS:

The sales and shipping department will be closed on the following dates. Be sure to order before these dates to avoid delivery delays:

  • Thanksgiving Day, Thursday Nov 24th
  • Christmas Break: Friday December 23rd through Friday December 30th

January is one our busiest shipping months. Please allow from 2 to 8 days for order fulfillment.


Where We Ship & Order Pick Up

We ship to the Continental USA (including Alaska), Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, New Zealand, Australia, South America or Mexico, except for APO addresses which require additional shipping.

Order pick up:

1. Please order online and select the Store Pick-Up shipping option at checkout.

2. We will contact within 24 hours to let you know when your order is ready for pick up.

3. Hours for pick up are from Monday through Friday, from exactly 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Requests for pick up after 5:00 PM will not be granted. Please do not ask.

4. We are a commercial warehouse, and we are not open on weekends.

7. For the protection of our customers, we require all customers to provide a copy of the order confirmation (recieved by email when initially ordered online) and a corresponding photo ID.

Canadian Orders

After your order is received, we'll send you a shipping quote that includes duties and taxes. We don't charge your card or ship until your confirmation is received. All commercial invoices and customs documents are taken care of on our end so you don't have to.

When We Ship

ALWAYS place your order at least two weeks in advance of your event. Orders are shipped in the order they are received and processed, normally within 48 business hours, and up to 5 business days during wedding seasons (subject to stock on hand), during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM).

Shipment on Hold - Credit Card Payment Declined

If a credit card payment is declined when an order is processed by our staff, we will send an email notification to the purchaser. We use email for this communication so that we have a record of our attempt to contact the purchaser regarding the declined payment. We will re-attempt to process the payment if we do not obtain a response email within 24 hours. If we are still unable to process the payment, and we have not obtained an email response within a reasonable time period, the order will be cancelled. A cancellation notification will be sent via email.

FedEx SmartPost

FedEx SmartPost shipments (Hawaii and Puerto Rico) routinely take up to 3 weeks. A shipping quote will be sent to you for your confirmation before your order is processed and charged.

Wedding seasons (our busiest times of the year) occur during the Spring and Fall and may result in longer fulfillment times.

Nearly all items on our website are natural products, and can be subject to delays in harvests and seasonal availability. For larger orders consisting of over 24 items, please allow 4 to 5 business days to assemble your order.


Once the shipper/carrier (FedEx, Freight or USPS) has possession of your shipment, our responsibility for the shipment has ended and is now the responsibility of the shipper/carrier.
All claims for damage or missing shipments must be directed to the shipper/carrier. Please be aware that FedEx deliveries do not require a signature unless specifically requested, and are subject to a signature fee imposed by FedEx.

Shipping Quotes and Fees


Shipping large trees can be expensive - although we get discounts, FedEx/Freight shipping rates are based on destination and fuel charges and we have no control over these fees. Often the cost of shipping is higher than the price of the products. We could always raise the price of the product to exceed the shipping, however we would rather give you the lowest price possible for the products you need, and use the smallest suitable box for your product(s) to obtain the lowest shipping fee possible.

Each of our natural products has it's own unique size and weight. If your order requires a shipping quote, your fee will be quoted after your order has been received and sized, usually the same business day. On these oversized items, your order will be finalized only after you have confirmed your final total with the shipping fee.

Expedited Shipping: Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day

We offer Express Service by request. If you need faster shipping, you MUST let us know when placing your order and a quote will be issued.

Unless a request for Express Service is submitted with your order, your order will ship FedEx Ground by default. Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, it cannot be upgraded to Express service and will travel to it's destination as ordered and is subject to our return policies.

Products That Include Shipping

Some of our cased products include shipping. The shipping is for shipments within the continental USA, not including Alaska. Orders for these products that ship outside of the continental USA will require additional shipping fees that will be sent to the purchaser for confirmation via email before the order is processed.

Address Correction Fees

Please be sure to include your full delivery address at checkout, including apartment or suite number and any access codes to the property or dwelling. FedEx charges an additional fee if they cannot deliver your order due to insufficient delivery information. If an address correction fee is levied, we will charge the amount using the payment information provided at the time of checkout for your order.

Shipments In Transit

Once your shipment leaves our dock, changes in shipping services cannot be modified. Please be aware of all ground and express transit times when confirming your order and/or shipping quote and agreements.

Shipments Refused On Delivery

All returns require a Return Authorization Number. If you refuse delivery of a shipment (for any reason) and the order is returned to us by the shipper, you will be charged the FedEx shipping fee for the return shipping.

Missing Shipments

We strongly advise that you request signature service for your order. FedEx Ground and Home Delivery do not require a signature by default, however each customer is given the opportunity to request signature service at checkout, on our shipping page. Shipments are routinely left by the front door if there is nobody to accept the shipment, if a signature is not required. Please be aware that Blooms and Branches is not responsibile for shipments that are missing after delivery and a replacement shipment is not due to the customer. Again, we strongly advise that you request signature service for your order.


Flat Rate Shipping

Most of our items have flat rate shipping. However, if the actual cost of shipping shows higher than the flat rate, our shipping department will send a quote for the difference and will require confirmation before the item is shipped. Rates are subject to change at the time of shipping, due to the varying sizes that occur with each daily harvest of natural branches.

Freight Shipments

Large trees which require freight shipping take additional care and time to assure that these large items transport safely. Average prep time is 24-48 hours, depending on the quantity and size of the trees. Transit time is roughly 1.5 to 2 times longer than FedEx ground transit times. Faster freight shipping is available, however it is more costly, often an additional $100.00 more.

Please inspect all shipments upon delivery for accuracy. If your shipment contains the wrong items, the shipment must be refused on delivery for credit to be issued. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on freight shipments once they leave the warehouse.

Combined FedEx/Freight Shipments

If your order requries shipping via both FedEx and Freight, some smaller items may be included with the freight shipment. When possible, we try to increase the weight of the freight shipment to lower the weight class and provide a lower LTL freight quote for your order.

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on freight shipments once they leave the warehouse.

Items With Shipping Included: Orders that include shipping are offered within the lower 48 continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico require a separate shipping quote.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

Additional shipping is required for larger orders to these locations. Hawaiian shipments may sometimes ship via USPS at no additional shipping charge, however transit times are substantially longer.

Canada/Mexico Shipments
We do ship to Canada and overseas. Mexico does not allow our products to be imported.

UPS and USPS (Postal Service)
We do not ship via UPS. No exceptions. We occasionally use USPS for small packages and for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.



Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of confirmation (up to 5 days during our busy wedding seasons) in the order they are received and during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM) subject to available stock on hand. Most of our items can be shipped via FedEx Ground, while our larger products are shipped via freight.

TRANSIT TIMES: The map below shows ESTIMATED shipping delivery times in BUSINESS DAYS. Actual deliveries may to take several additional days. Please order WELL AHEAD of your scheduled event.

* The map above is a general representation of transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations.

* FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.
