If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 15 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or our return policy, please contact Customer Service.

Once we receive your order, we credit the appropriate account within 10-14 business days; we also send you an email to let you know the refund is complete.

Our Shipping Statement Regarding Products Over 20" In Length

All natural products have different sizes that affect shipping fees.

Each of our natural products has it's own unique weight and size. In order to provide a low shipping fee and eliminate overcharges on items over 20", your fee will be quoted after your order has been received and weighed, usually within 2 business hours under normal circumstances. Your order will be finalized and your credit card will be charged only after you have confirmed your final total with shipping charge.

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of confirmation, during normal business hours. Most of our items can be shipped via FedEx, while our larger products are shipped by freight truck.
