My order did not disappoint! All the pieces matched the description from the website and arrived in packaging that assured they would not be damaged. I needed an interesting grapewood tunnel for a bioactive reptile enclosure I am creating. I gave it 4 stars because the section that was cut did not lay flat and was angled. However it was very uniquely shaped and just what I needed. The customer service was very good also, as I opted to get a quote for the lowest Fed Ex shipping. I highly recommend Blooms & Branches.

So much sturdier and better shaped than I even expected. A really solid and nice-looking tunnel for a terrarium. It's a quality piece, no thinning or flaking parts. Highly recommend!

The grape wood burl was a bit larger than expected, but nonetheless a beautiful piece. I just have to figure out what I am going to do with it.
