They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry. I highly recommend asking for a shipping quote because the cost was lower than what came up on the site. I needed my order pretty quick and B&B worked with me. My order actually arrived early and it was nicely packaged. Nothing was damaged and all items were just as described. This is a high quality product.

Love the branches delivery was fast the branches arrived in perfect condition  the person I spoke with was very customer  oriented  I will differently  order from them again and I have already recommended other people I know I use them for wedding center pieces and they came out beautiful

I ordered these branches to make centerpieces for a friend's wedding. They arrived in good condition and can even take a bit of a beating without breaking.  Even though B&B sells gold branches, I wanted to be in control of the color. These branches took to spray painting easily. Overall cost and shipping was competitive.
