We only offer shipping of our products at this time, although we are planning to have a showroom by early 2009. How wide are the branches? All pieces are unique. Some are fuller than others, with the narrower pieces being better suited to horizontal positioning or used as filler. Ordinarily, the width of Manzanita branches grows proportional to it's height. Can you pick out the branches that I need according to width? For smaller orders, we can certainly do this. When ordering by the case we do not hand-pick the pieces. Can I exchange pieces that are not suitable for my needs? Sorry, we no long offer exchanges. Please specify during checkout what type of branches you are looking for, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request subject to stock on hand. Use the Request Box during checkout to type your message. Why is shipping so expensive? Do you charge for handling? Our shipping fees are quoted direct from our shippers, and we do not add any other fees. Trees are large, cumbersome items and require boxes that are regarded by shippers as "dimensional weight" items. In this case, it's not the weight of the package, but the total dimensions. Our smaller branches (10" to 24") can ship for about $12.00 if the quantity is small. Other quantities require a shipping quote. Do you ship to Canada? We no longer ship to Canada due to unforseen customs charges. Can I get more photos of your products? We can usually accommodate this request if time permits. Can I paint the Manzanita branches or can you paint them for me? The natural pieces are suitable for painting, however we do not offer painting services. What color is the Natural Manzanita? The colors can range slightly from a dark copper color to a light brown. Are the branches already set in a base? All of our products ship without a base or stand, however we do offer a step-by-step tutorial on how to create a base for your trees. Click here for details. Where can I get flowers and beads to decorate my branches? We sell an assortment of artificial flowers to create almost any look you need. We do not sell beads, however.
